PRODUCT INFORMATION

ProBet is a cement-based, single-component mixture reinforced with polymers and fibers, designed for structural repairs with a thixotropic structure and marble granules. It complies with the requirements of AZS 039-2000 (TS 11140-1993) “Cement-based (hydraulic binder) adhesives for tiles, ceramics, and flooring materials.”

APPLICATION AREAS

Repair of reinforced concrete structures;

Restoration of concrete defects after formwork removal;

Repair of marine structures;

Restoration and protection of historical monuments located underground;

Elimination of surface damages and leveling of high-strength concrete structures;

Creation of durable, wear-resistant concrete layers;

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Surface Preparation

Surfaces to be treated with ProBet must be clean, solid, and dust-free. Remove substances that reduce adhesion, such as grease, paraffin, rust, etc. Clean any rust on the reinforcement and replace it if necessary. If there is water leakage, it should be stopped using products like Hidrostop or similar. The surface must be saturated with water but free of standing water.

Mixing the Product

Pour the required amount of water into the mixing container. Gradually add ProBet while stirring with a mixer at 400–600 RPM for 4 minutes. Allow the mixture to rest for 4 minutes, then stir again for 30 seconds to achieve a ready-to-use consistency.

Amount of water required for mixing 0.16 liters 4.0 liters

Application

Apply the prepared mixture using a trowel or spray method in layers of 10–40 mm thickness. For thicker layers, wait for the first layer to dry before applying the second layer in the same manner. For smoother surfaces, wait for the material to absorb water, then sprinkle additional water with a brush and level the surface using a wooden trowel.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

The product should be stored in its original, unopened packaging in a cool and dry place for up to 12 months.
