Grinding Aid Additive

Final Strength Enhancer

This additive is specially formulated to facilitate the grinding of minerals, particularly recommended for the grinding of cements. It enhances the 2-7-28 day compressive strengths of cement accordingly.

Based on the efficiency of equipment and the properties of the base material, it increases the production yield by 10-20%.

It reduces the cost of grinding energy.

It improves the physical properties of the base material.

It enhances the performance of open and closed circuit systems with equal specific surface area or uniform active residues.

It improves the fresh properties during storage and after storage.

Due to the lower grinding temperature, it reduces the risk of improper setting of the cement.

It improves the particle size distribution of the cement and ensures more effective milling.

Packaging: 1000-liter plastic tank.

Storage conditions and shelf life: Should not be stored under direct sunlight and must not freeze at temperatures above -10°C. Shelf life is 12 months in conditions not mixed with other chemicals.

Application guidelines:

Usage: Production of cement types ranging from I to V, including aluminous cement, according to ENV 197-1 standard.

The usage amount is adjusted based on industrial testing results.

The usage amount should not exceed 1 kg per ton of cement.

Safety measures:

In case of skin contact, wash with plenty of water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
