Product Description

Specifically formulated additive for facilitating the grinding of minerals and recommended for specialized cement grinding.

Increases the curing strength of cement at 2-7-28 days.

Enhances grinding production efficiency based on equipment performance and base material properties (10-20% improvement).

Reduces grinding energy costs.

Improves the physical properties of the base material.

Enhances the performance of both closed and open loop systems with uniform specific surface areas and consistent contact residue.

Improves dust flow characteristics during storage, transportation, and application.

Reduces the risk of cement flash setting due to lower grinding temperatures.

Enhances particle size distribution and provides more effective hydration.

Packaging:

Supplied in 1000-liter plastic tanks.

Storage Conditions & Shelf Life:

Should not be stored under direct sunlight.

Freezes at temperatures below -10°C.

Shelf life is 12 months, provided it is not mixed with other chemicals.

Application & Usage:

Used according to ENV 197-1 standards for producing Type I cement and other cement types, as well as aluminate cement production.

Usage quantity should be adjusted according to industrial test results.

Usage quantity should not exceed 1 kg per 1 ton of cement.

Safety Information:

In case of contact with EpoCem® 770, rinse immediately with water.

In case of eye contact, rinse with water and seek medical attention.

Fire Hazard: EpoCem® 770 is not flammable (Flash Point > 100°C).
