Epocon Antifreeze

EPOCON ANTIFREEZE is a nitrate salt-based concrete additive that enhances the resistance of concrete to freezing in cold weather conditions and accelerates the curing process of concrete. It complies with EN 934-2 standard, table 6, and AZS 221-2006.

Application areas:

Production of both pumpable and non-pumpable ready-mixed concrete

Used in precast and prefabricated concrete

In cold weather conditions, where freezing effects persist throughout the day, and protection against freezing is required

In cases where early strength is necessary

Can be used in the production of all types of concrete, both reinforced and unreinforced, lightweight and normal weight

Advantages:

Contains no chlorides and does not harm steel reinforcement

Density (ISO 758): 1.14 - 1.17 kg/l

Chloride content % (EN 480-10): < 0.1

Alkali content % (EN 480-12): < 10.0
