Epofloor

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Epofloor is a cement-based, chemically enriched, single-component floor mixture that ensures a perfectly flat surface with no curvature. It self-levels as it spreads and complies with TSEN 13813-2004 standards.

APPLICATION AREAS

This product is used to achieve a smooth surface before applying materials such as wood, laminate, parquet, carpet, PVC, and ceramic.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Surface Preparation:  

Ensure the surface is strong and free of any residues that could prevent adhesion. If there are any cracks or damaged areas, they should be repaired using the S 40 repair mixture or another appropriate product. To reduce the surface’s absorbency and increase resistance, apply BINDER primer.

Mix Preparation:

Gradually pour 25 kg of the dry mixture into 6.0 liters of water and mix until there are no lumps or air bubbles (a low-speed mixer can be used).

Application:

Pour the prepared liquid mixture onto the surface. To prevent air bubbles from remaining inside the mixture and to ease the spreading process, use a spiked roller. A steel trowel can also be used to accelerate the spreading process if necessary. Protect the applied surface from wind and direct sunlight for 24 hours.

Recommendations:

If the temperature in the environment where EPOFLOOR is applied is below +5°C or above +30°C, the necessary temperature must be ensured. Do not apply in hot (above +30°C), rainy, or windy conditions. After use, clean all tools and equipment with water.

CONSUMPTION

For a 1 mm thickness, approximately 1.75 kg of powder is needed per m².

STORAGE PERIOD AND CONDITIONS

It can be stored for up to 6 months in dry warehouses, stacked no more than 10 units high.

WARNINGS

As EPOFLOOR is a cement-based, complex mixture, if it comes into contact with skin or eyes, wash immediately with water. Do not add any substances not specified in the usage instructions. The above indicators are based on laboratory tests conducted at +23°C±2°C and 50%±5% humidity. These indicators may vary depending on the conditions.
