ABOUT THE PRODUCT

A cement-based, chemically enriched, one-component flooring mix that ensures a non-porous surface. It self-levels. Complies with TSEN 13813-2004 standards.

APPLICATION AREAS

This product is used for:

Achieving a smooth surface before installing materials such as wood, laminate, parquet, carpet, PVC, and ceramics.

Creating a wear and dust-resistant surface in warehouses and similar facilities.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Surface Preparation: Ensure that the surface is solid, dry, clean, and properly measured. Remove any residues that might hinder adhesion. If there are cracked or eroded areas on the surface, they should be repaired with Epocement S 40 repair mixture or another similar product produced according to standards. To reduce the surface’s absorption capacity and increase resistance, the surface must be primed with BINDER primer or another similar product according to standards.

Mixing: Gradually pour 25 kg of the dry mix into 5.0 liters of water and mix until lumps and air bubbles are gone (a low-speed mixer can also be used for mixing).

Application: Pour the prepared liquid mixture onto the surface. Use a spiked roller to ensure there are no air bubbles and to facilitate spreading. If needed, a steel trowel can be used to speed up the spreading process. Protect the surface from wind and direct sunlight for 24 hours after application.

Recommendations: When using Epofloor 5-20mm, ensure that the ambient temperature is between +5°C and +30°C. Do not use in hot (above +30°C), rainy, or windy conditions. Clean all tools and equipment with water after use.

CONSUMPTION

For 1 mm thickness: 1.75 kg of mix per m².

STORAGE PERIOD AND CONDITIONS

Can be stored in unopened bags, in a dry environment, stacked up to 10 bags high in dry storage for up to 12 months.

WARNINGS

Given that the product is a cement-based, complex mixture, rinse immediately with water if it comes into contact with skin or eyes; do not add any substances not mentioned in the usage instructions; the above indicators are based on laboratory tests at +23°C±2°C and 50%±5% relative humidity. These indicators may vary depending on conditions.
