ABOUT THE PRODUCT

EpoGrout is a cement-based, single-component, polymer, and fiber-reinforced mixture with a marble-grained texture, designed for thixotropic structural repair works. It complies with AZS 039-2000 (TS 11140-1993) standards for “Adhesives—Cement-based (hydraulic binder) for tile, ceramic, and floor slabs.”

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Surface Preparation:

Surfaces for EpoGrout application must be clean, solid, and dust-free, free from oils, paraffin, rust, and other materials that weaken adhesion. Rust on reinforcement parts should be cleaned, and where necessary, replaced with new reinforcements. Any water leakage should be stopped using Hydrostop or similar standard-approved materials. The surface should be saturated with water but must not have standing water.

Mixing Instructions:

Pour the required amount of water into the mixing container. Gradually add the ProBet product while stirring with a mixer (400-600 RPM) for 4 minutes. Let the mixture rest for about 4 minutes, then stir again for 30 seconds to prepare it for use.

Application:

Apply the prepared material using a trowel or spray, ensuring a thickness of 10-40 mm. For thicker layers, allow the first layer to dry before applying the second in the same manner. For a smoother surface, allow the material to absorb water, then sprinkle additional water using a brush and level with a wooden trowel. In open areas, particularly in hot, dry, or windy conditions, protect the surface from evaporation for 24-48 hours using damp cloths, tarpaulins, or other curing products.

Recommendations:

EpoGrout repair mix should be used within 30 minutes at +20°C.

In outdoor applications, protect the surface from sunlight, wind, rain, or frost for 24 hours.

Reaction and drying times of cement-based materials depend on ambient humidity and temperature.

Hydration slows down in lower temperatures, extending the drying time.

Do not allow the ambient or surface temperature to drop below the specified minimum during curing.

Do not use solutions with a pH lower than 5.5.

Vibrators should not be used after product application.

Tools must be cleaned with water immediately after use.

Available in 25 kg bags made of 2-3 layers of kraft paper and 1 layer of polyethylene.

19.4 kg/m² for a 10 mm thickness.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SHELF LIFE

Unopened original packaging can be stored in a cool, dry place for 12 months. For short-term storage, stack up to three bags on top of each other. For long-term storage, do not stack bags. Opened bags must be used within one week under proper storage conditions.

WARNINGS

Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate workwear, gloves, goggles, and masks during application.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes; in case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and soap.

If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.

Do not place food in areas where the product is used.

Keep out of reach of children.
