Epomur F-250

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Epomur F-250 is a cement and perlite-based, lightweight filler material enriched with additives that enhance its usability. It is a one-component, frost, water, and external impact-resistant product with high durability, compliant with ГОСТ 28013-98 standards.

APPLICATION AREAS  

- Used for plastering concrete surfaces, walls, and ceilings made of lightweight concrete.

- Suitable for laying bricks, breeze blocks, and other types of stones, as well as plastering these masonry works.

- Applicable for plastering walls and ceilings made of concrete, prefabricated concrete, and gas concrete using a plaster machine or hand tools.

ADVANTAGES  

- Walls plastered or constructed with Epomur mortar do not allow water or moisture to pass to the opposite side.

- Surfaces coated with the Epomur mixture can be finished directly or with facing materials (saving on primer costs).

- Walls constructed and plastered with Epomur keep interiors warm in winter and cool in summer.

- It allows for the efficient plastering of large surfaces using a plaster machine, making the work easier for the craftsman.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Surface Preparation  

Before plastering, the surface must be free from residues that could hinder adhesion and should be solid. If there are cracks or damaged areas, they should be repaired at least 24 hours prior to the application using Epo Epotec A250 repair mix or other equivalent repair materials. The surface should be moistened before use, or for better results, primed with Binder primer or another appropriate product. For even plastering, use guide profiles (ano profiles), and ensure corner profiles are aligned with the guide profiles. These should be installed at least 24 hours before plastering to ensure proper adhesion.

*Mixing (Manual Application)  

Gradually pour 25 kg of Epomur mortar into a container with 4.0-5.0 liters of clean water and mix with a mixer or hand tool until a homogeneous mixture forms. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes, then mix again.

Application (Manual)  

Apply the prepared mix to the surface at a thickness of 8-10 mm using a trowel. Smooth it with a special aluminum profile tool, and scrape off any excess material. Once the plaster begins to set, smooth the surface with a trowel moistened with water. For thicknesses greater than 2 cm, apply the mixture in two layers. The prepared mixture should be used within 100 minutes.

Mixing (Machine Application)

Pour the required amount of Epomur mortar into the hopper of the plaster machine and connect it to a continuous water supply. Program the machine to the proper water-to-mortar ratio, and mix the product automatically.

Application (Machine)

The ready mixture is sprayed onto the surface at a minimum thickness of 8-10 mm using an air compressor attached to the machine. Smooth the sprayed surface with a trowel, and scrape off any excess. Once the plaster starts to set, moisten the surface with water and smooth it again with a trowel.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Ensure the ambient temperature where Epomur mortar is applied is between +5°C and +30°C. Avoid using in hot (+30°C), rainy, or windy weather. Do not add water or dry mix to expired mixtures. Clean all tools and equipment with water after use.

CONSUMPTION

To plaster a surface of 1m² at a thickness of 8-10 mm, 12-14 kg of Epomur mortar is required. A 25 kg bag of Epomur mortar is sufficient to plaster approximately 2m².

STORAGE CONDITIONS 

Store unopened bags in a dry environment, with a maximum of 10 bags stacked on top of each other. The product can be stored for up to 12 months.

WARNINGS

Epomur plaster contains chemical additives; in case of contact with skin or eyes, wash immediately with water. Do not add any materials not mentioned in the instructions. The given values were obtained under laboratory conditions at +23°C ± 2°C and 50% ± 5% humidity. Results may vary depending on environmental conditions.
