INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Surface preparation: Ensure that the surfaces are sound, dry, clean, and properly dimensioned. All types of oil and paraffin residues that weaken surface adhesion must be completely removed. Before applying the finish, the surface should be primed with A 250 or another appropriate repair mix produced in accordance with standards. The surface should also be pre-moistened with water, Binder, or another standard-compliant product.

Mix preparation: Pour 20 kg of U 100 into 9-9.5 liters of water and wait for 3-4 minutes. Then, mix until fully blended using a mixer or manual tool. Once the mix is ready, do not add any additional dry mix or water.

Application: Apply the prepared U 100 plaster mix to the wall or ceiling previously primed with A 250, using a trowel. Use the mix within 80-100 minutes. Any mix that has hardened or formed a crust is unusable.

Recommendations: While applying the plaster, ensure that the ambient and surface temperature is at least +5°C. If the ambient temperature is below +5°C or above +30°C, necessary temperature adjustments should be made. Do not apply in hot (+30°C or higher), rainy, or windy conditions. Ensure that the containers and tools used for mixing are clean, as contaminated equipment can reduce the working time of the mix and negatively affect the product's quality. It is recommended to clean tools with water immediately after use. Be cautious to avoid marks from the steel trowel during application.

CONSUMPTION

To achieve a smooth and even surface with a 1 mm thickness, 1.7 kg of U 100 is required per square meter. One 20 kg bag of U 100 plaster mix is sufficient to cover 11 m² of smooth surface.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SHELF LIFE

Packed bags should be stored in dry warehouses on wooden pallets, with no contact with the floor, stacked up to a maximum of 10 units. The shelf life is 6 months.
