PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Epo Latex is a copolymer-based additive material for cement-based plasters. It increases mechanical durability and enhances waterproofing. The product is a ready-to-use liquid enriched with additives that extend its usability and performance.

APPLICATION AREAS

Improving Adhesion: Reducing the water absorption ability of surfaces such as plaster, concrete, floor screed, and wood, thus enhancing the adhesion of cement-based materials.

Surface Preparation: Before performing surface finishing work on old surfaces.

Material Compatibility: Used before ceramic, cladding tiles, leveling compounds (Screed), insulation, and paint to achieve better adhesion and results.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Surface Preparation

Ensure that the surfaces to be treated are solid, clean, dry, and have proper dimensions. Remove any oils, paraffin residues, rust, or contaminants that could weaken surface adhesion completely.

Application

Shake the Epo Latex product before use. Apply it to the surface using a roller or brush. Do not perform any work on the surface until it has completely dried. The drying time is 45-60 minutes. For surfaces with high water absorption properties (such as plaster), apply two layers.

Recommendations

If the surface temperature for Epo Latex primer application is below +5°C or above +30°C, proper temperature conditions must be met.

Do not use in hot (+30°C or higher), rainy, or windy weather.

Clean all tools and accessories with water after use.

CONSUMPTION

For Epo Latex, the consumption is 150 grams per 1 m².

A 1-liter container of Epo Latex is sufficient to prime approximately 6-7 m² of surface area.

STORAGE LIFE AND CONDITIONS

Unopened containers should be stored in a dry environment for up to 12 months.

WARNINGS

Since Epo Latex is a complex additive product, immediately wash off from skin or eyes with water if contact occurs.

Do not add any materials or substances not specified in the usage instructions.

The above specifications were obtained under laboratory conditions of +23°C ±20°C and 50% ±5% humidity. These values may vary depending on environmental conditions.
