PRODUCT INFORMATION

Epocement SXD40 is a product designed for creating decorative finishes on horizontal and vertical surfaces. It is composed of special cement, sand, and polymers.

APPLICATION AREAS

This product is used for creating decorative appearances on interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, concrete partitions, concrete columns, and walls with black plaster.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Surface Preparation: Ensure that the surfaces to be used are solid, dry, durable, dust-free, clean, and properly dimensioned. Remove all types of oils, rust, and paraffin residues, as well as paint and moisture-retaining substances that weaken adhesion resistance. Any gaps or cracks should be filled and repaired in advance.

Mix Preparation: Add the required amount of water to a clean container, then add the product. Mix with a 400-600 rpm mixer for 3-5 minutes, wait for 3-5 minutes, and then mix again for 30 seconds to achieve the desired consistency. Do not add any other chemicals to the mix.

*Note:* In cold weather, use warm or lukewarm water. Mix 1 kg of Epocement SXD40 with 0.32-0.35 liters of clean water (the water ratio may vary depending on the air temperature).

Application: Use the appropriate amount of powder and water, mix as described above, and bring the mixture to the ready-to-use state. If the surface is prepared as mentioned, apply the product to a thickness of 4-5 mm. After application, move a textured trowel in the desired direction to achieve the desired decorative effect.

Recommendations: Ensure that there are no holes or cracks on the surface. The surface should remain moist for 15 minutes. For dry and highly absorbent surfaces, this period should be 30 minutes. Clean all tools and equipment with water after use. Once hardened, only mechanical methods can be used for cleaning.
